OUR COMMUNITY RINK VOLUNTEERS HAVE WORKED HARD TO GET OUR TWO RINKS UP AND RUNNING.
PLEASE OBEY THE RINK SIGNAGE! If the rinks are closed, PLEASE STAY OFF.
WHEN THE RINKS OPEN FOR USE, PLEASE SHOVEL THE ICE AFTER USE, AND THROW THE SNOW OVER THE BOARDS IF POSSIBLE OR THROUGH THE GATES, TO HELP OUR VOLUNTEERS WHEN THEY COME AT NIGHT TO FLOOD THE ICE. SNOW BUILDUP AROUND THE EDGES OF THE RINK PREVENTS FLOODING.
Rinks will close nightly at 9 PM for maintenance. Please respect the signage and our volunteers.
Thanks to our community partner Snow Care Works who have cleared the access to the rinks, our volunteer operators were able to start building the base and begin flooding operations. The rinks are NOT up and running yet. Please check back for status updates. NOTE that signage at the rinks overrides the status posted here.
We ask that skaters, dog walkers and pedestrians stay out of the boarded area. This damages the base and creates more work for our volunteers, slowing down the opening and maintenance of the rinks for the community.
