This is the corner of Mer Bleue and Brian Coburn,. The low-density residential component of the subdivision is comprised of approximately 425 units, and up to 250 more units in the high-density. This includes a 20-25 storey high-rise in block 195, 199 (pink area on image below).

Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBLA): To re-zone the property from a Development Reserve (DR) zone to zones commensurate with the proposed uses, including:
o “Residential Third Density Zone, Subzone YY, (R3YY[XXXX])”;
o “General Mixed Use Zone (GM[XXXX])”;
o “General Mixed Use Zone, with an 85 metre height maximum (GM[XXXX], H85)”; and o “Parks and Open Space Zone (O1)” for the proposed municipal Parkette.
Tonight at 6:30 pm, City of Ottawa will be holding a public meeting for a proposed subdivision at 2484 Mer Bleue Road and 6429 Renaud Road.
